Great tips for summe...Just stumbled upon your blog. Great tips for summer reading. I think it is so important for kids to see you reading. If you show that you find it to be pleasurable they will be more likely to read. Sadly, my son is severely learning disabled and still cannot read on his own (but he desperately wants to). I'm enjoying reading to him. We've set a goal to read 100 picture books this summer. We've already hit over 25% of that so I think we are going to be going well over the 100.
